This unit is conveniently close to all the main beaches. There are several beach access points between the light house and East Beach for you to explore! The Gascoigne complex also has a great pool for residents only, perfect for sunbathing or taking a swim. This is a two-story condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The first floor has a roomy kitchen with plenty of dishes/utensils and a Keurig coffee maker, a dining area with a dining table, a tastefully-decorated living room, and a lovely outdoor patio with a peaceful view. The half bath is also located on the first floor. There is a washer and dryer on site for your use. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms and the full bathroom. The couch in the living room has a pull-out bed with a queen mattress. This unit can accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people. No pets allowed. We absolutely love the Beehive. It’s a comfortable escape, beautifully situated close to the water. It reminds me of beach cottages my parents rented for our family sixty years ago. There’s a board walk from the front door to the ocean, a wonderful raised deck seaside and an outside shower for sandy feet. It’s such a fun place to bring children. (no long walks to the beach carrying all your gear and no elevators) The Beehive has a fine kitchen, laundry, cable tv, high speed internet. There’s a basket full of beach towels by the door to the fabulous front porch. This home is nicely located, a one mile walk or bike ride to St Simon’s public fishing pier, library, theater, playground, public pool and shopping/restaurant district.

This two-story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, with one having two twin beds and the other having a queen bed. The room with the queen bed also has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean! The second bathroom is located upstairs and has a bath tub. Enjoy being walking distance to The King & Prince Resort, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, and Barrier Island Brewery. Nice property with just a couple of issues. First, the bathrooms are on the smaller side but this is pretty standard for the year this house was built. Secondly, the rug in the living room was a major trip hazard for my elderly parents as it was not attached well to the floor and was a major trip hazard. The bedrooms and kitchen were very nice a large and the property was ilarge and in a quiet area.

This house is located right next to Mallery Park on Bartow Street, which is a lovely residential area that is perfect for evening walks and bike rides. Walk right across the street and watch a baseball game, enjoy the shady oak trees, or participate in a community pickle ball game. You will only be about a half mile from the Pier Village, which is a beautiful area with many popular restaurants, gift shops and, of course, the pier. East Beach is only about 2 miles away. It's an easy drive, golf cart ride, or bike ride down the street. There are many other public beach accesses along the way, with the closest being about a half a mile to a mile from the house. This beautiful 3 BR/2 BA house will make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The first bedroom has a TV with streaming. The second bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect for getting ready or working from home. The first bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo, is located at the end of the hall between those two bedrooms. The third bedroom, located at the other end of the house, has two double beds, a TV with streaming, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for the kids or anyone who wants a little extra privacy. There are two spacious sitting areas: the living room and a beautiful enclosed glass sun porch! Both the living room and the sun porch have TVs with streaming availability only (no cable). The sun porch is the perfect setting to hang out and watch a sports game in comfort. Enjoy the large fenced backyard, which provides privacy and lots of sun! At the end of the day, sit down and relax with a meal at the dining table while you plan your next beach trip! Also included with this house is a gas grill, laundry facilities, a well-stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, linens and towels, and plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles. NO PETS ALLOWED. I was very fortunate to stay at this rental from Nov 2024-Feb 2025. Cant beat the sunrises on the patio. Nice spacious condo that is well equipped with a full kitchen. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great place!

The condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated! Fit our family of 6 wonderfully! We enjoyed the beach each day and then hit the pool on our way in for the day. Little bit of a walk to the beach. I would recommend bringing a cart for hauling your coolers and chairs to beach. Condo did not come with chairs but you can call a few services for tent and beach chair set ups. We will definitely rent from again.

I was very fortunate to stay at this rental from Nov 2024-Feb 2025. Cant beat the sunrises on the patio. Nice spacious condo that is well equipped with a full kitchen. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great place!

The condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated! Fit our family of 6 wonderfully! We enjoyed the beach each day and then hit the pool on our way in for the day. Little bit of a walk to the beach. I would recommend bringing a cart for hauling your coolers and chairs to beach. Condo did not come with chairs but you can call a few services for tent and beach chair set ups. We will definitely rent from again.

The condo is lovely. My only complaint is that when we turned on the A/C there was a very strong flowery smell. I assume it was some kind of air freshener. We enjoyed our stay but experienced headaches, vertigo, body aches and fatigue especially when we were housebound during inclement weather. Perhaps it was regular spraying for insects or poor ventilation. You couldn’t open any windows. When we left mid month and we’re outside we were much improved. Just odd.
We did like the location and convenience. It was nicely arranged and decorated. The master room adjustable bed was a treat.

Hi Linda, I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel well during your stay, but I assure you it had nothing to do with the rental. This time of year the pollen is TERRIBLE and affects people in different ways, not to mention the colds that are passed around due to our uneven temperatures during the winter. The windows are able to be opened, so we'll check to make sure they aren't stuck from the recent paint job. The HOA only sprays for insects monthly, sometimes every other month. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall!

We had a great stay at Beach Life. The property was probably the most well stocked I have ever stayed at. Great a/c! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. We biked into town and walked to the beach. The pool was also nice and my boys used it every day. There was never anyone else in it while we were there. The unit was clean and well maintained and had easy parking out front. You can also walk to several restaurants. We would definitely rent Beach Life again.

This was a really nice townhome in a great location. We did have a leak in the ceiling in the second week that needed repair. Possibly the master bathroom shower pan was leaking. Other than that small inconvenience, the place was great.

It was probably the best apportioned rental we've stayed at on the island and this was the twelve trip to St Simons. The BBQ was great and is a must have for a vacation rental. The house had tons of other small amenities that made the trip great.

We had stayed in this unit before the last sale. We were glad to be able to rent it this year and, hopefully, next year. A larger washer/dryer, or an upgrade, would be nice, but we managed. Access to the garage is a definite plus. Kids loved having a pool.

Close to the beach. Once car garage plus two more reserved parking spots. Looks like it was remodeled recently. I have been here for two years and stayed in at least 5 different vacation rentals. This is my favorite.

The condo was well equipped and nicely renovated. Perfect for our family of 6 plus in-laws. The garage was nice and has a cart with lots of toys and a couple chairs. The queen and twin bedroom mattresses really need to be replaced. Ouch. Loud and squeaky. We got used to it by the end of the week, but definitely a huge downgrade from my bed at home. Also, we didn't like having to go to town first to get the "keys" which are just printed instructions and could easily have been emailed. Overall, it was a nice place and convenient to the ocean and we'd go there again.

This beach house was just perfect for our family. We have been coming to SSI for several years, and this home was the best ever. We will definitely stay at this home again. It is beautifully decorated; the kitchen had everything we could possibly need; the beds were very comfortable; each bedroom had a private bathroom; and it was super clean. Just steps to the best beach on SSI, plus a beachfront pool. We loved the smart TV’s in the bedrooms and living room. It was just perfect. Plus Tabitha was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful vacation stay in this townhome. The unit is very spacious and clean. The kitchen and home were well stocked with all the necessities. My girls had a great time in their own bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level. It was a very short walk to the pool and ocean. Our favorite part was the large master bedroom on the top floor and the incredible views of the ocean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Our beautiful townhome features brand new custom cabinets and quartz counter tops in all bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout entire townhome, new bathtubs, toilets, and tiled showers, upgraded lighting, and shiplap are just some of the wonderful upgrades. Located in the desirable East Beach area, this home is close to many great restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, and more. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse. There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! Our 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath townhome is just steps away from the ocean. Each bedroom has its own fully remodeled en-suite bathroom and high definition smart TV, allowing plenty of room to spread out and have your privacy. The large master bedroom with king bed and bathroom are located on the 4th floor with an open deck to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and breeze. The 3rd floor has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other having a king bed. The open concept 2nd floor includes the kitchen with dining table for 6 plus 2 counter bar stools, living room with a 65 inch high definition smart TV, half bathroom, and a screened-in porch - a perfect place to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. The 1st floor has a smaller bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle and full bathroom. There is also an ocean front pool just for the use of East End Condos guests and two assigned parking spaces right outside of the front door. The rental was great. Only thing is the kitchen utensils were very sparse and no dish towels or hot pads to remove things from the oven.
